By using this site, the customer can order and pay for goods which will be delivered to the customer's address or made available for collection. The sale is considered final once the customer has made payment online. The sale once finalised can only be reversed by a member of staff at the premise. We use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. Please read the Sage Pay Security Policy.

We only process data that you provide & do so in the way that is reasonably expected of us. We only use your data to provide services to you, respond to your queries, manage our relationship with you, and to meet any legal requirements or obligations. The information we collect and hold about you is kept to a minimum. Some data that you provide us may be kept indefinitely. As long as the data we hold is not required for any regulatory requirements, you have the right to be forgotten upon written request. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination in the Channel Islands or European Economic Area (EEA). Please note, that where you are transmitting information to us by email, that information can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any breach of your personal data which might expose you to serious risk.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of The Indian Ocean.
